Smart Shift Rates

One of our goals at Workflare is to reduce the amount of time spent posting and managing shifts. One of the ways we achieve this is with our Smart Shift Rates feature.

How it works

When switched on, our smart shift rates feature automatically increases the advertised rate for your shifts as it gets closer to the start date of the shift. This increases the chances of your shifts getting booked.

This feature only applies to negotiable shifts and the auto-adjusted advertised rate will never be set higher than the maximum hourly rate you specify.

How to enable/disable smart shift rates

1. Select the Settings option from the menu.
2. Toggle the switch under the Smart Shift Rates section to enable or disable the feature.
